Your customers get access to a Juo Customer Portal where they can easily overview and manage their subscriptions in your store.

Using the Customer Portal, they can edit the products in their subscription (add, swap, or remove), reschedule the next delivery, pause, renew immediately, or easily cancel their subscription, whenever they need to.

Juo offers passwordless access and social media login for more convenience as well as email and SMS notifications before each subscription renewal to facilitate management.

Juo natively integrates with Shopify and Shopify Plus. Let us know if you need a custom integration for other platforms or architectures, such as headless ecommerce.

Juo lets your customers order their subscriptions seamlessly via Shopify Checkout. Juo is compatible with Shopify Payments, Stripe, Authorize.net and Paypal Express Checkout payment gateways. Your customers will also be able to use quick checkout, like Apple Pay, or Google Pay to order their subscriptions.

The Standard plan (now at a discounted price of $89.00 + 1% transaction fee) contains out-of-the-box, customizable subscription widgets and easy-to-set-up subscription enablers that can be launched within minutes without any extra assistance.

The Pro plan (at $399 + 0,5% transaction fee) offers a comprehensive set of tools for subscription-first merchants to further optimize and customize their subscription building process. Apart from advanced features, such as memberships, SMS notifications, or custom retention flows, the Pro plan also includes white-glove migration and setup.

• You can schedule a free, 30-min live tour with Alina or Tomek — we can show you how Juo works in real life and answer all your subscription-related questions.
• You can download Juo directly from the Shopify App Store. Click “Install” and Log in to your store to get started. Next, click “Install app” again in the Shopify Admin and choose a suitable billing plan. Upon installation, Juo will automatically integrate with your store.

Once in the app, you can follow the onboarding to create the first selling plan, add the subscription widget, and a subscription management link.
